About Lionheart Coaching Academy

At Lionheart Coaching Academy, we are bridging the gap between academic success and purpose-driven living to help students thrive in every area of life. We serve purpose-driven families with high-achieving middle school and 9th-grade students—primarily Black students—through strategic college access programs, institutional partnerships, and signature initiatives like Defy the Decline.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about advancing college access and success for Black students in a post–affirmative action landscape. The ideal team member is motivated by data that reveals the urgent realities affecting Black student enrollment and is eager to contribute to solutions that drive measurable change. This role calls for someone who is committed to cultivating long-term, vision-driven partnerships and raising awareness alongside a mission-driven team working to transform educational equity.

Role Overview

You will provide essential administrative and operational support to the VP of Enrollment & Institutional Partnerships—helping to manage programs, cultivate institutional partnerships, drive enrollment, and ensure smooth execution of high-impact initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of administration, program support, and strategic enrollment work, requiring someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, mission-aligned, and eager to grow.

In your first 6 months, you will primarily focus on back-end administrative and operational support, building mastery of our systems, programs, and partner ecosystem. As you demonstrate excellence and ownership in this work, the role may grow into a part-time or full-time Program Director or Enrollment & Partnerships–focused position with increasing external-facing responsibilities.
