Attendance Policy
All programs at Selah Seminary is a highly interactive and Spirit-led journey that includes weekly coaching sessions and, during specific seasons, live teachings. Consistent participation is essential for your growth, accountability, and healing.
Attendance Expectations
- Minimum Participation: Students are required to attend at least one live coaching session per month to remain engaged, supported, and aligned with the community and curriculum rhythm.
- Additional Participation: Students are welcome to attend more than one session per month if they desire further support or deeper growth.
- Weekly Sessions: Live coaching sessions are held on a weekly basis.
- Sabbath and Rest: Students who wish to take a sabbath or rest from the curriculum must notify the Vice President of Selah Seminary. This ensures proper alignment between the student and the seminary and allows leadership to provide appropriate support during the transition.
Built-in Grace Periods
- Designated Sabbath Seasons: Periods of rest are intentionally built into the program.
- Testing Periods: Time is set aside for reflection and assessment.
- Importance of Participation: Because the program does not run continuously for all twelve months, participation during instructional seasons is crucial.
Code of Honor and Confidentiality
Selah Seminary is a sacred and Spirit-led community rooted in trust, vulnerability, and transformation. Every student is expected to uphold this Code of Honor and Confidentiality to protect the emotional safety, spiritual integrity, and prophetic dignity of the space.
Guard What Is Shared
- Treat everything shared within the community as confidential, including coaching calls, live teachings, breakout sessions, and online discussions.
- Do not share another student’s testimony, struggle, breakthrough, or deliverance experience without their explicit permission, even if your intention is to encourage others.
Honor Your Classmates in Word and Spirit
- Speak words of life and avoid gossip, speculation, or judgment.
- Remember that everyone is in a healing process. What may appear as weakness could be the doorway to someone’s breakthrough.
